The production process of finished metal products is often complex and usually goes through multiple steps. Different production processes and different metals require different machines and equipment, so it is also very important to determine the production process.

Next, we will introduce our company’s existing production technology and processing equipment that will be gradually developed in the future;

At present, our company has 11 professional production lines (material preparation-processing-assembly-quality inspection and inspection-waste processing-packaging and shipping), 4 quality inspection rooms, more than 10 quality inspection equipment, and more than 80 processing equipment Taiwan, more than 50 professional technicians and quality inspection personnel.

1. Material preparation area:

Prepare the required materials and use crusher and mill for crushing and grinding. The broken raw materials are then smelted or flotated to separate impurities. After the metal is extracted, it is purified and refined to remove residual impurities and further purified, which can be through chemical distillation, electrolysis, etc. In the case of alloys, alloys are prepared with other metals to change their properties and uses, which involves mixing with other metals, smelting and cooling, etc.

2. Processing equipment area:

This equipment area includes CNC machine tools, punches, shears, bending machines, lathes, milling machines and other equipment. It is mainly used for processing, cutting, drilling, stamping, cutting and other processing operations on metal materials to meet different customer needs. . In addition, there are surface treatment equipment, such as spraying, electroplating, polishing, oxidation and other process equipment and areas, to treat product surfaces on demand.

3. Assembly area:

If the produced parts need to be installed, they will be assembled uniformly in the assembly area. At this point, the entire product is completed and can enter the next stage.

4. Quality inspection and control area:

The produced and assembled metal parts or metal profiles need to be subject to batch quality inspection or random inspection in the quality inspection department according to customer requirements and product complexity. For high-purity or alloy profiles, calipers, micrometers, tape measures, depth gauges, etc. are required to measure product dimensions. Depth, diameter, length, etc., components or fine parts can be finely tested and quality inspected using microscopes, X-rays, ultrasonics, pressure, hardness testing instruments, chemical analysis equipment, surface roughness measurement, strength testing equipment and other instruments. .

5. Packaging and shipping area:

If the inspected products meet the shipping standards and customer requirements, they can be placed in the packaging and shipping area. Warehouse workers will select appropriate packaging to uniformly package the products, label and classify them for shipment.
